Car parking is challenging. Please do your research online and on the numerous apps available.
I can only recommend the one I use below.
SYDNEY EYE HOSPITAL CAR PARK, Hospital Road
Street parking on Macquarie Street and Hospital Road is possible, but it’s scarce and quite expensive.
Public transport
You can use a combination of trains, buses, ferries & light rail.
This clinic is within walking distance of Martin Place, St James and Wynyard stations, & 10 minutes walk from Circular Quay.
